2. Description of Services

FoldOrNot is an educational poker tournament training tool. The Services include:

• Training: decision scenarios (push/fold, open raise, ICM, postflop) with instant GTO feedback
• Simulation: poker hands against AI opponents with post-game analysis
• Statistics: progress tracking by category and position
• Ranges: GTO range explorer (open, push/fold, 3-bet)
• Synchronization: progress saving via user account

3. Access to the Site

The Site is freely accessible to any user with Internet access. Costs related to access (Internet connection, equipment) are borne by the user.

The publisher strives to maintain the Site accessible 24/7, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Access may be suspended for maintenance, updates, or any other technical reason, without notice or compensation.

4. User Account

Some Site features require creating a user account. Registration is available via:

• Google OAuth (sign in with your Google account)
• Magic link (login link sent by email)

Users agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of their account. Users are solely responsible for the use of their account.

Users may delete their account at any time by sending a request to contact@foldornot.com. Account deletion results in erasure of personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Service Tiers

The Site offers several access levels:

The publisher reserves the right to modify features and limits of each tier, with reasonable notice for premium users.

6. Premium Subscription

Premium access requires a paid subscription. Payment, renewal and cancellation terms will be detailed when the payment system is implemented.

• Payments are processed by a secure third-party provider (Stripe)
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period
• Digital content is delivered immediately upon subscription with the user's express agreement

7. Intellectual Property

All Site elements (source code, design, logo, text, algorithms, range databases) are protected by intellectual property law and belong to the publisher.

Users are granted a personal, non-exclusive right to use the Services, limited to non-commercial use. Any unauthorized reproduction, extraction, reuse or exploitation is prohibited.

8. User Conduct

Users agree to:

• Use the Site in accordance with its educational purpose
• Not attempt to circumvent technical limitations or access restrictions
• Not use bots, scrapers, or any automated means to access the Site
• Not disrupt the operation of the Site or its infrastructure
• Not resell or redistribute Site content

In case of violation, the publisher reserves the right to suspend or delete the user's account without notice or compensation.

9. Limitation of Liability

• FoldOrNot is an educational tool. GTO analyses and recommendations are provided for informational purposes and do not guarantee any poker results. Users are solely responsible for their gaming decisions.
• The Site does not constitute encouragement to gamble. The publisher disclaims all liability for any financial losses related to poker.
• The publisher shall not be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Site.
• The publisher does not guarantee the absence of errors in range data or GTO calculations, although every effort is made to ensure accuracy.

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.

11. External Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. The publisher has no control over these sites and disclaims any liability regarding their content.

12. Changes to Terms

The publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes through a notification on the Site. Continued use of the Site after modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute regarding the interpretation or execution of these Terms, and failing amicable resolution, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
